There’s so much going on in the world right now that, at first, I was amazed at how much I didn’t know. Then I was amazed at how much other people didn’t know, including people in power, and it made me feel frustrated and angry.
Post after post about police shootings, racial discrimination and injustice of every form made me feel vex, and I started losing sleep because I felt I couldn’t do anything about it.
My online experience was starting to have an effect on my offline mood and my outlook on life.
It became overwhelming and I considered easing back on my social media presence. I even unfriended nearly two thirds of my network and unfollowed a bunch of pages to control my feed, but nothing worked. I felt drained.
That’s until I decided to revamp my mindset.
I went from feeling frustrated, angry, anxious and sad, to feeling hopeful, inspired, excited and motivated to do what I could to change my reality and the reality of the world around me.

How does the challenge work?
After you sign up, you’ll get an email from me, every day, with a three part exercise. All three parts don’t have to take more than 5 minutes total and you can do them anytime, anywhere – I recommend you do it, before you get out of bed but you can do it while you’re eating breakfast or when you’re on the train. The important thing is to JUST DO IT!
Do I need a lot of time to do the challenges?
Not at all. The entire exercise, with three parts, doesn’t need to take more than 5 minutes each day.
What if I miss a day of the challenge?
Sometimes life truly gets in the way and you veer off track. No problem, just get back on track again. Studies show that it takes 21 consecutive days to form a new habit, so if you miss a day, go back to day 1 and start again.
